 “This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all applicable laws to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: -Selling medicines”.

All products can be returned except those that are not eligible for return due to various reasons such as: that they have been transformed, fresh products or products with expiration less than or equal to the date on which the return is processed, as well as unsealed products that for reasons of hygiene or health, its return cannot be accepted.

You can return the received products in the following cases:

  • If the packaging is damaged. In this case, tell the carrier that you do not accept it.
  • If the product is not in good condition.

In any of these cases, contact us indicating:

  • your order number
  • what products do you want to return, and what problem do they have
  • what do you want us to do: change the products for others, or refund the purchase amount

We only ask that these conditions be met to proceed with the return:

  • The return must be made in the original packaging within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns will not be accepted when the weight of the returned part (including the weight of the remains) is less than 75% of the weight of the original part. In other words, if a jar weighed 3 Kg and less than 2.25 Kg is returned to us, the return cannot be accepted.
  • Special cases: Returns of fresh food products (fresh royal jelly, fresh pollen) are not accepted due to their nature, unless it is due to their poor condition. You must communicate within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt.

Once we have received your message, we will tell you how to return the product and once here, the amount of the products will be refunded, reserving the right to charge the return costs to the customer.
