I’ve been buying honey for years and this set reminded me that most of what I was eating before wasn’t really honey. The oak is something else entirely — dense, barely sweet, almost savoury. The thyme is the one I’ve nearly finished. Good value for four quality jars, shipping to Germany was fast and well packed.
