Raw Organic Thyme Honey Antonio Simon

Raw Organic Thyme Honey is one of our most appreciated honeys, valued for its intense aroma, full flavour and rich Mediterranean character. Its bold taste and aromatic depth make it a favourite among those who enjoy more expressive honeys.

Produced from our own hives in protected natural areas across Spain and Portugal, this honey is organic, raw and unpasteurized, with no unnecessary processing, so it keeps all its natural character.

Why you will love it:

Intense flavour – rich, aromatic and full of character
Raw and organic – unfiltered and unpasteurized
Traditional Mediterranean profile – expressive and versatile

Serving suggestion: perfect for breakfast, pairing with cheese, sweetening infusions or adding a stronger honey note to recipes.

EU AGRICULTURE. HONEY FROM SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Available in jars of 500 and 250 grams.

I also use it for cooking, in marinades with chicken and in vinaigrettes. A completely different level. The shipping arrived in 24 hours and the packaging is nice, perfect for a gift too.

I have been taking thyme honey for years when I have throat issues, but I had never found one that also tasted good. This one does. I give it to my kids without any problem, and they love it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
