Raw Organic Rosemary Honey Antonio Simon

Raw Organic Rosemary Honey is one of the most appreciated honeys among connoisseurs and gourmets, valued for its elegance, clarity and refined floral profile. It received the Platinum award, the highest category at the prestigious London Honey Awards (see awards).

In addition, it was selected by Jordi Roca in the second edition of the Best Sustainable Producers Awards, a project launched by BBVA and Celler Can Roca, for the creation of one of his remarkable desserts.

Produced from our own hives in protected natural areas across Spain and Portugal, this honey is organic, raw and unpasteurized, preserving its natural qualities exactly as it comes from the hive.

Why choose it:

Internationally awarded – recognised for its quality and character
Elegant floral profile – smooth, fragrant and highly valued
Raw and organic – unfiltered, unpasteurized and carefully handled

How to enjoy it: perfect on toast, with yogurt, in herbal infusions or as a delicate finishing touch in desserts.

EU AGRICULTURE. HONEY FROM SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Available in jars of 500 and 250 grams.

Mild flavor and light texture. Ideal as a sweetener for infusions and sweet preparations. We use it a lot to relieve coughs. The kids love it.

Raw and with rosemary, the two things I’m looking for. You can tell they haven’t done anything weird with it. The flavor is clean and the aroma is unmistakable. Very satisfied.

Hay una gran variedad de tipos e incluso en la página te recomiendan según beneficios y nutrientes. También tienen una botica, de la cual recomiendo la crema de manos. ¡Es fantástica!
